We do not offer returns and exchanges on merchandise.
Defective Product
If your item is misprinted or defective, we'll gladly send a replacement to you at our cost. File a claim within 25 days of the estimated delivery date.DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT.
Shipping Damages
If you received your order damaged, we’ll gladly send a replacement to you at our cost. To file a claim, please contact The Clever Design Company within 25 days of the estimated delivery date atinfo@thecleverdesigncompany.com

When filing a claim, please include photos of the damaged goods, the packaging materials and the packing slip and include your order number. Please save all damaged packaging materials and damaged goods.
Packages Lost in Transit
Claims for packages lost in transit that are deemed an error on our part, will be fully covered at our expense.
Claims for packages lost in transit that are deemed an error on the customer’s part - ie submission of an incomplete or incorrect address or if the package is unclaimed, will be replaced at our cost, but re-shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense, if the merchandise is still wanted.
Claims for packages lost in transit that are deemed carrier error will not be replaced or re-shipped at our expense. A new order will have to be placed, if merchandise is still wanted.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date, to info@thecleverdesigncompany.com
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of a wrong address or if it goes unclaimed, it will be returned to our manufacturing facility, where it will be held for 28 days. The Clever Design Company will contact you with the details.
Once again, if it was an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package was unclaimed, and you want the order reshipped, please let us know and include the corrected address. Reshipping costs will be at your expense.
Package marked as delivered but not received.
If the shipment’s tracking states it was delivered, and you haven’t received it, it is deemed a carrier error. We do not offer refunds or re-shipping due to carrier errors.
But first of all, check with your neighbour’s to see if it was delivered to them by mistake, or check unusual places where the package may have been left in andaround your address. Also check your shipping confirmation email to ensure there were no mistakes in the delivery address.
Contact us at info@thecleverdesigncompany.com within 25 days of the estimated delivery date, with the order number and details. We’ll try and track if from our end. But as noted above, if it is deemed a carrier error, we regret we cannot offer a refund or re-shipment. If you chose to, you can re-order.
If your order is ‘returned to sender’, to our manufacturing facility.
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to us, but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by customer.
If that’s the case The Clever Design Company will contact you to find out if you wish to proceed with the order.
If you wish to proceed with the order, new shipping charges will be applied.
Wrong Address
As noted above, if you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated and corrected address with you, if you still want the merchandise.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment if you still want the merchandise.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?
We do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
Returned by Customer
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
An exception to this is for customers residing in Brazil. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Notification for EU consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore The Clever Design Company reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever
